¶ IX Meeting of readers of The Urantia Book in Spain
The Urantia Association of Spain will hold its annual Readers Meeting from May 7 to 9 (both inclusive) at La Casa Toya, a nursing home located in the small town of Aluenda (Zaragoza).
On this occasion, the main activity of the Meeting will be a seminar given by Sheila Keene-Lund, reader from the USA, whose theme is Cultivating universal intelligence.
These are the prices for attendance at the Meeting, which depend on the accommodation chosen:

These prices are the total prices per person, and include lunch on Friday the 7th and two days full board (departure after lunch on Sunday the 9th)
The number of rooms of each type is limited, so they will be assigned as reservations arrive. The period to register for the Meeting will end on April 30, 2010.

- The deposit of the total amount must be made in the account 2100-2348-67-0100530840 of “La Caixa”. The entry must include the name of the person making the registration, as well as the reference IX MEETING. The form can be submitted in two ways:

- Reservations will be covered in strict order of arrival. If the requested accommodation is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible, using the contact information provided in the registration form.
- The reservation will not be considered formalized until the deposit has been made to the Association’s account.
- Cancellation of reservations:
- The cancellation must be communicated before the end of the registration period, and will entail the refund of the total amount of the stay. The expenses caused by the bank transfer will be borne by the person who made the registration.
- Cancellations that are made outside the registration period or that are not communicated will not entail a refund of the amount.
