¶ Open enrollment period
On April 15, the registration period to attend the international conference to be held from April 17 to 21, 2009 at the Hotel Vistamar in Benalmádena Costa (Málaga) opened.
The registration process consists of two steps: 1) Fill out and submit the form, and 2) Make the payment.
The form is included in the last pages of this newsletter and, once completed, you can send it to the following postal address:

Payment of the total amount of the conference will be made by cash deposit or bank transfer of this amount to the account of “La Caixa” 2100-2348-68-0100703086, indicating as a reference for our records the name of the payer. In case of transfers from abroad, it is necessary to include this information:

If you have an Internet connection, you can download the form and make the payment via PayPal from the website enabled to provide all the information about the international conference. You can also send the form in Word format to the email address urantiaesp@gmail.com
The registration period will end on December 15, 2008.

OBSERVATIONS:
- The Basic Package of 400 euros per person (taxes included) includes 4 days full board from April 17 at night to April 21 at noon and cultural visit.
- The Hotel Vistamar has capacity for 200 approximately people. The rooms are double, so it would be desirable that they be fully occupied, to give everyone the option.
- It is possible to stay two days before or two days after the Conference. The price per person and day on a full board basis including taxes is 55 euros
- The languages of the talks and presentations will be English and Spanish. It is planned to offer translation in real time English/Spanish and vice versa.
