Despite the pandemic, much has been accomplished at Urantia Foundation. Here is some news and practical information.
¶ Translations
Currently, in addition to the original English, 23 translations have been published. (See list at urantia.org.) All are available online and downloadable from the Foundation’s website free of charge and in multiple formats.
- The Hebrew translation has just been completed and published on the site.
- The translation into Chinese (simplified characters) should be completed in November this year. A second team has started working on the version in traditional characters, the latter should be completed in 2028.
- The translation into Iranian is three-quarters complete.
- The revision of the Esperanto translation has just started.
- The revision of the Spanish version is complete. It will have lasted 8 years. It is currently being formatted and will be available in paper form in September 2021. The electronic version will be available online in March 2021.
- The revision of the Portuguese version is still in progress. Started in 2013, it should be completed in 2023.
¶ Sale of main translations (Paper books)
Below, classified by year, the sales of the main translations. On average, French sales are increasing slightly. They are sold mainly in Quebec and Europe by Amazon, which is why it is difficult for us to know the volume of sales in France.

Statistics of visits to the Foundation website (urantia.org) 2020 compared to 2019
- Traffic users: +74%.
- New users: +78%.
- Sessions up 51%.
- Number of pages viewed: + 31%.
- Traffic from new visitors accounts for 90% of total traffic.
- Organic search down 9%, or 32% of traffic.
- Direct search up 174%, or 42% of traffic.
- Social traffic increased by 375% and accounts for 20% of total traffic.
- Paid search grew 157% but only accounts for 4% of traffic.
- Mobile usage increased by 114% and accounts for 61% of traffic.
- Desktop usage increased by 40% and accounts for 37% of traffic.
- Top 5 countries by sessions: United States (high traffic, 29%), Brazil, India, Mexico and Colombia.
- The most visited pages are in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- The largest age group is still 25-34.
- Women represent 49% of users.

The September 2020 term saw a high turnout overall. The total number of registrants was 264 in all languages from over 50 different countries. 170 students completed their course, a percentage of 64%, which is slightly lower than the other terms which were around 75%. The number of students per class is 15, the occupancy rate is 103%.
