Jesus accompanied his father to Scythopolis, the chief Greek city of Decapolis, where he marveled at the beauty of the city and expressed interest in the annual competitive games, much to Joseph's dismay. [1] Jesus admired the Greek games at Scythopolis, despite his father's disapproval. [2]
