Avalon is one of Nebadon's neighboring local universes, along with Henselon, Sanselon, Portalon, Wolvering, Fanoving, and Alvoring. [1]
Following the Lucifer rebellion the affairs of Urantia have long been administered by a council of planetary receivers and an advisory council which included a Brilliant Evening Star from Avalon who came periodically. [2]
